BIRTH SUPPORT INCLUDES:

• 1-2 in-person prenatal meetings

• 1-2 all-team prenatal video calls

• four week on call period around your estimated due date

• continuous emotional, physical and informational support during your labor, birth and immediate postpartum

• 1-2 postpartum visits in your home and/or birthing location

• unlimited phone, text & email support throughout the perinatal period

• resources & referrals as needed

POSTNATAL SUPPORT INCLUDES: 

• 1 in-person prenatal meeting

• daytime and/or overnight sessions

• feeding support: breast, bottle & combination

• information and resources for sleep, soothing, feeding and infant cues as well as coping skills and strategies for new parents

• care for baby or older siblings while parents shower, nap, etc.

• light housework, meal preparation, errands and organization of home and nursery

• resources & referrals
